Box 1118 <br />La Porte, Texas 77571 <br />"No Bid" Letter <br />Unable to get pricing <br />for 1976 Units. <br />"No Bid" Letter <br />Police Specs will not be <br />complete until mid September. <br />After a brief discussion, motion by Commissioner Boyle, <br />seconded by Commissioner Cline that the bid for 1976 <br />Police Units be readvertised to be received October 6, <br />1975, at 7:00 P.M. Motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />• <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />5. COMMENDATION PRESENTATION - LARRY DALE YUNG - Mayor Pro-Tem <br />Kibodeaux recognized Mr. Larry Dale Yung and asked that <br />he step forward. A plaque was presented to Mr. Larry Dale <br />Yung for saving the live of Mandy Best, age three, on behalf <br />of the City. <br />Chief Freeman read a letter of commendation and presented <br />it to Mr. Yung.
