Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />5 <br />7. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING - SEPTEMBER 15, 1975 - <br />SPECIAL MEETING - SEPTEMBER 17, 1975 - Motion by Commissioner <br />Cline, seconded by Commissioner Boyle that the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of September 15, 1975 and the special <br />meeting of September 17, 1975, be approved as presented. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />• + + + <br />8. APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - After a brief discussion, <br />motion y Commissioner Boyle, seconded by Commissioner <br />Cline to approve the accounts payable. VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION - Mayor Pro-Tem <br />Kibodeaux asked if the meeting had been posted according <br />to law?
