CONSIDER APPROVING STREET LIGHT - OYSTER BAY - Motion by <br />Commissioner Cline, seconded by Commissioner Boyle to <br />approve a street light on Bay Harbor in Oyster Bay. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />ABSTAINED: Commissioner Love. <br />+ + + <br />11. CONSIDER APPROVING REQUEST FOR VACATING, ABANDONING <br />AND CLOSING A PORTION OF "E" STREET BETWEEN NORTH <br />5TH AND NORTH 6TH STREETS - Motion by Commissioner <br />Cline, seconded by Commissioner Boyle to not vacate, <br />abandon and close a portion of "E" Street between <br />North 5th and North 6th Streets. Motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />• NAYS:z None. <br />+ + + <br />12. CONSIDER APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY - After a <br />brief discussion, motion by Commissioner Cline, seconded <br />by Commissioner Boyle to approve the Certificate of <br />Occupancy. A copy is attached and made a part of these <br />minutes. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />\J <br /> <br />
