CONSIDER AWARDING BID - CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER MAIN <br />BETWEEN WELL N0. 5 AND 16TH STREET - Motion by Commissioner <br />Cline, secon e y Commissioner Boyle to award the bid for <br />"Construction of a Water Main Between Well No. 5 and 16th <br />Street" to the low bidder, Boring & Tunneling Co., of <br />America in the amount of $46,528.00. Motion carried by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />15. CONSIDER QUOTATIONS FOR AIR CONDITIONING - POLICE DEPARTMENT - <br />The following quotations were read: <br />SOLAR AIR CONDITIONING <br />COASTAL AIR CONDITIONING <br />$ 2,254.00 <br />$ 1,784.00 <br />• FLASH AIR CONDITIONING $ 2,369.00 <br />- 0 - <br />Motion by Commissioner Boyle, seconded by Commissioner <br />Cline to award the bid for air conditioning - Police <br />Department to the low bidder, Coastal Air Conditioning <br />in the amount of $1,784.00. Motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />16. CONSIDER REQUEST OF SPENWICK REGARDING SEWER - The City <br />Engineer reviewed the request of Spenwick with the Commission. <br />Mr. C. Dieter Ufer, Bayshore Engineering, representing <br />Spenwick, was recognized and requested a letter of intent <br />from the City regarding the handling of Spenwick's sanitary <br />sewer. <br />• <br />
