• Regular Meeting 4/5/76 3 <br />6. APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Motion by Commissioner Boyle, <br />seconded by Commissioner Cline to approve the Accounts <br />Payable as presented. A copy is attached and made a part of <br />these minutes. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />7. VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION - Mayor Pro-Tem <br />Ki o eaux asked if the meeting had been posted according <br />to law? The City Clerk affirmed. <br />A. MRS. WILLIAM MERTZ - 10351 COLLINGSWOOD - Mrs. Mertz <br />addressed the commission, requesting the City to replace <br />the apron of her drive way, because of cracking due to <br />construction of the new water line and water leaks prior <br />to the new line. <br />• After a brief discussion, motion by Commissioner Love, <br />seconded by Commissioner Cline to authorize the replacement <br />of the concrete apron of Mrs. Mertz's drive. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />B. CARL LYONS - 1914 CRESCENT DRIVE - CONDITIONS AT VISTA <br />BAYWOOD - Mr. Lyons was recognized and addressed the <br />Commissioners regarding the conditions at Vista Baywood <br />and no improvement therein. After a brief discussion, it <br />was determined that Chief Freeman had written to Mr. Woerz <br />of the Department of Housing & Urban Development regarding <br />the situation. <br />U <br />
