Williamson administered the oath of office to Commissioner <br />Simons and presented a Certificate of Election to him. <br />J. J. MEZA - MAYOR - Judge J. B. Williamson administered <br />the oath o office to Mayor Meza and presented a Certificate <br />of Election to him. <br />The newly elected officials were seated.. <br />Commissioner Simons expressed his thanks to all for being <br />elected. <br />Commissioner Kibodeaux expressed his appreciation to all <br />and stated that he would try and serve all the citizens <br />and work with everyone. <br />Mayor Meza expressed his appreciation to everyone for <br />coming out to vote and showing such an interest in the <br />• City election and a thanks to those who voted for him. <br />A special thanks to his wife, Patsy and their daughters <br />for their support and hard work. <br />+ + + <br />6. ADJOURNMENT - Motion by Commissioner Cline, seconded by <br />Commissioner Kibodeaux that the meeting adjourn.
