i 0 <br />• Regular Meeting 5/17/76 6 <br />13. DISCUSSION OF DEPARTMENT PROJECTS (CONTINUED) <br />THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR - SANITARY SEWER - PORT HAVEN MARINA - <br />related a request by Mr. R. G. Florence for sanitary sewer for <br />the Port Haven Marina. After a brief discussion, motion by <br />Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner Simons to <br />authorize the Engineer to prepare a report on the feasibility <br />of sanitary sewer for the Port Haven Marina. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />LETTER OF INTENT - SPENWICK DOMESTIC SEWAGE - The Engineer <br />read a letter of intent from the City to treat domestic <br />sewage from Spenwick Place at such time as its collection <br />system is constructed. <br />• Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner <br />Cline to authorize the Mayor to sign the letter of intent. <br />A copy is attached and made a part of these minutes. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />14. EXECUTIVE SESSION - V.A.T.S. - ARTICLE 6252-17 - SECTION 2 (G) <br />(PERSONNEL)- Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded <br />by Commissioner Cline that the meeting recess into an <br />executive session. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />The meeting recessed at 8:05 P.M. <br />The meeting reconvened at 9:45 P.M. <br />PERSONNEL - It was the consensus of opinion of the Commission <br />• that Kay Fox, Secretary, should be advanced from $3.92 to $4.30 <br />per hour; Betty Blackmon, Tax Clerk, should be advanced from <br />$4.90 to $5.48 per hour. <br />
