PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ANNEXATION - Knox Askins, City <br />Attorney explained the annexation and located the property <br />on the map, the City will not assume any bonded indebtness <br />in this annexation. This annexation would straighten out <br />our Southern boundary, following the North right of way <br />line of Mc Cabe Road from Old Highway 146 West to the <br />Railroad. .This annexation comprises approximately 640 <br />acres. <br />Motion by Commissioner Simons, seconded by Commissioner <br />Kibodeaux to prepare annexation ordinance for the December <br />6, 1976, meeting. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />8.
