• <br />• Regular Meeting 12/6/76 <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 22, 1976 - <br />Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Commissioner <br />Kibodeaux to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />November 22, 1976, as presented. Motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />4. APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - After a brief discussion, <br />motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Commissioner <br />Kibodeaux to approve the accounts payable as presented. <br />A copy is attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />• + + + <br />2 <br />5. VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION - A. MR. TIM DE WALT - <br />1102 Broadway - was recognized and addressed the Commission <br />regarding a Wrecker License for his business at 1102 Broadway, <br />which is in the City of Morgan's Point. Mr. De Walt stated <br />that he was not granted a license because his business was not <br />inside the City Limits of La Porte. Mr. De Walt asked for the <br />Commission's consideration in granting a Wrecker License. He <br />was advised that the Commission will review and take under <br />advisement. <br />B. MR. MARK BASSETT - CHEMETRON - was recognized and addressed <br />the Commission regarding extending sanitary sewer on 16th <br />Street to accommodate Chemetron. It was the consensus of <br />opinion that something could be worked out. Mr. Bassett will <br />work with the Assistant Public Works Director for a cost estimate. <br />C. MR. JEFF FELTS - 3202 BOYETT STREET - Mr. Felts was <br />recognized and addressed the Commission regarding the need for <br />water service for four families, along Spencer Highway and <br />Boyett. Mr. Felts will work with the Assistant Public Works <br />Director for a cost estimate. <br />• + + + <br />
