A copy of the bid tabulation <br />is attached for your information. A total of seven proposals were received. <br />The second and third lowest acceptable proposals were approximately 3.5 <br />percent and 5.3 percent greater than the proposal submitted by Austin <br />Bridge Company in the amount of $1,159,807. <br />The proposal of Austin Bridge Company has been examined and found to be <br />in order.
