• Regular Meeting 4/4/77 <br />0 <br />9 <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 21, 1977 - <br />Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner <br />Simons to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />March 21, 1977, as presented. Motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />6. APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Motion by Commissioner <br />Cline, seconded by Commissioner Simons to approve the <br />Accounts Payable as presented. A copy is attached and <br />made a part of these minutes. Motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />7. VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION - <br />A. County Fire Marshal, J. J. Pruitt, was recognized and <br />expressed appreciation for the cooperation and the agreement <br />between the City and the County for rural fire protection. <br />B. Mr. Frank Zeigler, AMCO Mesh & Wire Company - <br />Mr. Zeigler was recognized and addressed the Commission <br />regarding the possible use of welded wire fabric for use <br />in concrete pavement reinforcement. <br />After a brief discussion, Commissioner Cline recommended <br />this item be placed on the next regular Work Shop agenda. <br />
