<br />• Regular Meeting 5/2/77 5 <br />10. CONSIDER APPROVING PAYMENT TO DAVIS TRUCK & EQUIPMENT CO., <br />INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,435.00 FOR ONE 1977 FORD REFUSE <br />TRUCK - Motion by Commissioner Tomerlin, seconded by <br />Commissioner Kibodeaux to approve payment to Davis Truck & <br />Equipment Co., Inc. in the amount of $16,435.00 for one 1977 <br />Ford Refuse Truck. A copy of the recommendation for payment <br />and invoice is attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />11. CONSIDER AUTHORIZING EXPENSE FOR LITTLE CEDAR BAYOU PARK <br />OPTION - Motion by Commissioner Cline, seconded by Commissioner <br />Simons to authorize the Mayor to execute an option agreement <br />with First City National Bank of Houston and authorize payment <br />in the amount of $1,270.00 for said option for 12.0082 acres <br />Little Cedar Bayou Park. A copy of said agreement is attached <br />• hereto and made a part of these minutes. Motion carried by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />12. CONSIDER FENCE REQUEST OF MR. D. C. ALLEN - BLOCK 49, TOWN <br />OF LA PORTE - After a brief discussion, motion by Commissioner <br />Simons, seconded by Commissioner Kibodeaux to allow Mr. D. C. <br />Allen to fence Block 49, Town of La Porte, after executing a <br />hold harmless clause. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />• <br />
