CONSIDER VARIANCE REQUEST TO ZONING ORDINANCE OF X.Y.Z. <br />CORPORATION TO ALLOW A PORTABLE OFFICE BUILDING AT 1020 SOUTH <br />FIRST STREET - Motion by Commissioner Cline, seconded by <br />Commissioner Simons to grant a variance to allow a portable <br />office building at 1020 South First Street for not more than <br />one year. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />3. CONSIDER VARIANCE REQUEST TO ZONING ORDINANCE OF DOLLIE WISE <br />TO ALLOW A CAR PORT AT 703 SOUTH NUGENT - Motion by Commissioner <br />Cline, seconded by Commissioner Simons to grant a variance to <br />allow a car port at 703 South Nugent. The set back would be <br />19.9 feet from the property line. Motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />• AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />4. CONSIDER VARIANCE REQUEST TO ZONING ORDINANCE OF A. J. JOHNSON <br />REGARDING A HOUSE AND GARAGE AT 1019 PARK - Motion by Commissioner <br />Cline, seconded by Commissioner Simons to grant a variance to <br />allow a house and garage at 1019 Park. The set back would be <br />18.6 feet from the property line for the house. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />U <br />
