RATIFY AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF RADIOS FOR PUBL'IC' WORKS <br />DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,901.00 - Motion by <br />Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin <br />to ratify authorizing the purchase of four automobile and <br />one portable radios for the Public Works Department in <br />the amount of $2,901.00. Motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />13. RATIFY AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF CONVERSION KIfi FOR PP,K MOR <br />5 <br />GARBAGE TRUCK IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,700.00 - Motion by <br />Commissioner Tomerlin, seconded by Commissioner Kibodeaux <br />to ratify authorizing the purchase of a conversion kit for <br />the Pak Mor Garbage Truck in the amount of $6,700.00. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />• AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />14. CONSIDER P,UTHORIZING SANITARY BEWER SERVICE TO FOREST VIEW <br />MOBILE HOME PARK - Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded <br />by Commissioner Tomerlin to authorize sanitary sewer service <br />to Forest View Mobile Home Park. Motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, and Simons. <br />NAYS: Commissioner Cline, stating she felt that sanitary <br />sewer service should not be offered without requiring <br />Forest View to purchase water service also. <br />A copy of the letter authorizing sanitary sewer service to <br />Forest View Mobile Home Park is attached and made a part <br />of these minutes. <br />+ + + <br /> <br />
