CORRESPONDENCE - Mayor Meza stated that the <br />had. donated a public address system in the <br />Hawkins for the Fairmont Park Recreational <br />+ + <br /> <br />Optimist Club <br />name of Jack <br />Facility. <br />19. DISCUSSION OF DEPARTMENT PROJECTS - Commissioner Kibodeaux <br />stated that a record was being kept of all sewage stoppages <br />and water leaks to possibly help our priority rating for the <br />sewer grant. <br />LEGISLATION - OUTLAWING FIRE WORKS - The Fire Chief stated <br />if legislation is considered to outlaw fire works in Texas, <br />that the City consider endorsing this legislation. The <br />City was more fortunate than some of the surrounding cities <br />due to fire works this July 4th. <br />• <br />BAYSHORE M.U.D. - Dave Corbin stated that he was awaiting <br />an answer from T.W.Q.B. in Austin regarding the City's <br />priority rating should the City service Bayshore M.U.D. <br />for sanitary sewer. <br />7 <br />+ + + <br />20. ADJOURNMENT - Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by <br />Commissioner Simons that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M. <br />Passed and Approved this <br />the 18th day of July, 1977. <br />• J.
