APPROVAL OF MINUTES - EMERGENCY MEETING - SEPTEMBER 12, 1977 - <br />SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 13, 1977 - <br />SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 20, 1977 - <br />Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner <br />Simons to approve the minutes of the Emergency Meeting of <br />September 12, 1977, the Special Meeting of September 13, <br />1977, and the Special Meeting of September 20, 1977 as <br />presented. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />5. APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Motion by Commissioner Cline, <br />seconded by Commissioner Kibodeaux to approve the Accounts <br />Payable as presented. A copy is attached and made a part <br />of these minutes. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />• <br />6. VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION MRS. PATRICIA <br />CLEMENTS - 302 FAIRFIELD, SHOREACRES - was recognized and <br />addressed the Commission regarding the shooting of her dog <br />which had jumped her fence and was shot in Forestview Mobile <br />Home Park. Mrs. Clements was told her complaint should be <br />taken to the Chief of Police. <br />MR. J. R. SPRADLING - 3302 VALLEY BROOK - was recognized <br />and addressed the Commission on the feasibility of annex- <br />ation of the Bayshore Municipal Utility District. Mr. <br />Spradling stated he thought the City should take care of <br />the problems within the City and not take on any added <br />expense. <br />• <br />
