DISCUSSION OF DEPARTMENT PROJECTS - Mayor Meza stated that
he had asked Commissioner Cline and Mr. Nutting to attend
a hearing before the Houston Galveston Area Council on the
Federal Water Pollution Control/Waste Treatment Management Plan.
Commissioner Cline stated that the hearing was to consider the
creation of a Water Quality Council.
