0 • <br />• Regular Meeting 9/6/78 <br />0 <br />14. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS - There were none. <br />VA <br />15. COUNCIL ACTION Mayor Meza read the following correspondence: <br />A. A letter from P. G. Bell offering $600.00 rebate on the <br />plaster work on the outside of the building rather than <br />to re -work the plaster. <br />B. A letter from P. G. Bell stating that they were willing <br />to hold out an additional $4,000.00 for sealing and <br />restriping the parking lot. <br />C. A letter from Pasadena Mayor John Ray Harrison informing <br />the Commission of a meeting to be held at 12 noon on <br />September 13, 1978, at Continental Steak House, to <br />discuss the results of the recent Mass Transit Authority <br />election. <br />16. PROBLEMS OF FINAL CLEAN UP IN FAIRMONT PARK Mr. Jimmy R. <br />Spradling was recognized and addressed the Commission regarding <br />problems in Fairmont Park where developers had done damage <br />to streets, and would not clean up properly. A brief discussion <br />pursued. <br />17. EXECUTIVE SESSION - V.A.T.S. - ARTICLE 6252-17 - SECTION 2 - <br />(E), (F), AND (G) - (LEGAL, LAND ACQUSITION AND PERSONNEL) - <br />Motion by Commissioner Simons, seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin <br />that the meeting recess for an executive session. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />The meeting recessed at 7:56 P.M. <br />The meeting reconvened at 7:57 P.M. <br />0 + <br />
