Over-pressure safety shutdown devices will be installed. and ,regularly checked to determine that they are functioning properly and are in good mechanical condition. T.n addition, daily operating records will be maintained that indicate the discharge pressures at each pump station, a.nd any unusual operations of a facility. Dow will have an operator on hand 24 hours a day to monitor all pipeline system functions. l8.
