ADMINISTRATZVE`REPORTS r The City Administrator informed the <br />Commission that t e p ans and specifications for sanitary sewer <br />and water for Mc Cabe Road and Southern Pacific projects were <br />ready. <br />Dave Corbin stated that he had met with Mr. Tom Shom of the <br />Carlsburg Management Corporation regarding the water and sewer <br />project on McCabe Road and Mr. Shom was in favor of going ahead <br />with the project. <br />There was a brief discussion regarding the condition of the <br />lift station and the estimated cost of $85,000.00 for these <br />services. <br />+ + + <br />10. EXTENDED SICK LEAVE ~ HERMAN CLARKE ~ Mayor Meza requested that <br />the City Commission consider extending sick leave to Herman Clarke. <br />Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner <br />Simons that the Commission extend a 30-day sick leave to Herman <br />Clarke; to be reconsidered at the end of each 30-day period. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />• + + + <br />
