We will fully comply with Ordinance 915 as passed by the Governing <br />Body of Laporte on March 6, 1972. <br />• 2. As soon as plats of street crossing and alignment sheets are available, <br />a formal application will be made for a permit. Such information will <br />be available on or before January 1, 1979. <br />3. Cover over the pipeline will comply with the requirements of the <br />Ordinance. <br />4. All street crossings will be bored and encased in 12" pipe. <br />5. Pipeline will operate at a 500 psi maximum pressure. Temperature of <br />nitrogen tc be transported will be ambient. <br />6. Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. will agree to pay the fees set forth <br />• in the Ordinance. <br />?.
