We will fully comply with Ordinance 915 as passed by the Governing Body of Laporte on March 6, 1972. • 2. As soon as plats of street crossing and alignment sheets are available, a formal application will be made for a permit. Such information will be available on or before January 1, 1979. 3. Cover over the pipeline will comply with the requirements of the Ordinance. 4. All street crossings will be bored and encased in 12" pipe. 5. Pipeline will operate at a 500 psi maximum pressure.
