<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING ALL OF THE <br />ALLEY IN BLOCK SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN (787), IN THE TOWN <br />OF LA PORTS, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. <br />WHEREAS, the said alley in Block Seven Hundred Eighty- <br />Seven (787) of the Town of La Porte has never been opened or <br />used as a public thoroughfare, and .the public utilities now <br />making use of such alley have all given their written con- <br />sent for its closing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of La Porte <br />has determined and does hereby find, determine and declare <br />that the said alley is not suitable, needed, or beneficial <br />to the public as a public alley, and should be vacated, <br />abandoned and permanently closed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF LA PORTS: <br />Section I. The alley located in Block Seven Hundred <br />Eighty-seven (787) of the TOWN OF LA PORTS, Harris County, <br />Texas, is hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by <br />the .City of La Porte. <br />Section 2.
