<br />• <br />. Zingery Map Company will deliver to the City of La Porte a complete <br />mapping system to be used and owned by the City of La Porte. The system <br />will consist of the following maps. <br />1. A 1" = 1000' double line mylar street map of the entire city showing <br />existing streets, subdivisions, schools and city boundries and utility <br />districts. <br />2. A set of maps of the city 1" = 100' on mylar. These maps will show <br />lots and blocks dimension, block number, street rights-of-way, easements <br />etc. <br />3. Record Research <br />The mapper will obtain and use the following materials in addition <br />to other material or documents as required in the maintenance and <br />updating of the ownership maps: <br />a. All recorded vesting instruments that sell, transfer or convey <br />ownership of real property or ownerships including wills and trusts <br />during the period of the contract. <br />b. All newly recorded subdivisions or r.esubdivisions of existing <br />subdivisions and all local surveys. <br />c. All right-of-way plans for new roads, railroads, and changes of <br />existing right-of-ways for all Federal, State, County, and City streets. <br />Final ownership maps must show the travel portions of all U.S., <br />State, County, and Punicipal highways, roads, streets along with <br />• the dimensions of such right-of-ways. <br />d. All new right-of-ways for transmission lines (gas or electric). <br />4. Minimum Map Inclusions <br />As a minimum, the final ownership maps will depict only the major <br />detail from the planimetric manuscript with at least the following <br />detail shown: <br />a. Each established parcel and its boundries <br />b. Abstracts and Surveys <br />c. U.S., State, County, Municipal, etc., Highways, Roads, Streets <br />and Name or Number. This includes determination of and the <br />showing of Rights-of-ways. <br />d. Political boundries and subdivisions <br />e. County boundries <br />f. Municipal boundries <br />g. Government Lot Numbers <br />h. Subdivision names, block and lot numbers or other designation. <br />i. Canals, rivers, creeks, etc. <br />j. Railroad Right-of-way <br />k. Major utility lines as shown on planimetric manuscripts <br />1. Churches, schools, cemeteries, airports, government lands, etc. <br />are to be identified on the ownership map by name. <br />C <br />
