CONSIDER APPROVING REQUEST FOR 'ON PREMISE LICENSE FOR DADDY CRAFT'S BAR-B-SUE, 803 WEST MAIN, 8 FEET OF LOT 19, AND ALL OF LOT 20, BLOCK 58, LA PORTE ADDITION, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS - ORDINANCE N0. 1000 - F - After the proposed ordinance was read in full, motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner Cline to approve Ordinance No. 1000-F, granting an on-premise license for Daddy Craft's Bar-B-due, 803 West Main, as read. Motion carried by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. NAY5: None. CAPTION: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, DESIGNATING THE AREAS WHERE BEER FOR CON- SUMPTION ON THE PREMISES MAY BE SOLD AND PROHIBITING THE SALE ELSEWHERE; PROVIDING FOR HOURS OF OPENING AND CLOSING; PROVIDING SALE OF BEER FOR CONSUMPTION OFF PREMISES SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED; DEFINING SOURCE OF AUTHORITY; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING THAT NO LICENSE SHALL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR THE AREAS HEREIN DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. + + + • 8.
