• • <br />• Regular Meeting 7/11/79 4 <br />5. CONSIDER DECISION OF HEARINGS FOR DEMOLIfiION OR REPAIR OF <br />DANGEROUS BUILDINGS - (CONTINUED) <br />E. Block 12, Lot 11, Crescent Shores - The owner, J. A. Stevens, <br />has had the building at 221 Reynolds Court (Block 12, Lot 11, <br />Crescent Shores) demolished and has cleared the area. No <br />further action necessary by the Commission. <br />F. Block 12, Lot 5, Crescent Shores - The owner, Mr. Percy <br />Foreman made no response to the notification of the building <br />located at 215 Reynolds Court (Block 12, Lot 5, Crescent Shores). <br />Motion by Commissioner Cline, seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin <br />to declare the building located at 215 Reynolds Court (Block 12, <br />Lot 5, Crescent Shores) to be a hazard and have it demolished. <br />Motion carried by the following vote r <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />The ordinance was not ready; it will be prepared and made an <br />• agenda item for the next regular meeting, July 18, 1979. <br />+ + + <br />6. CONSIDER APPROPRIATING $5,4$7.21 FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY <br />FOR REPAIRS TO THE SWIMMING POOL - Previous discussions were held <br />regarding additional appropriations needed to complete the repairs <br />to the swimming pool. Attached and made a part of these minutes <br />is a copy of a memo from the Parks & Recreation Director breaking <br />down the expenses involved in the repairs and the amount of monies <br />already appropriated. <br />Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin <br />to appropriate $5,487.21 from the General Fund Contingency for <br />repairs to the swimming pool. Motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, and Cline. <br />NAYS: None. <br />Commissioner Simons was temporarily absent from the room. <br />• + + + <br />
