The Water Line connecting 16th Street, West "A" and West "B" Streets to the water tower on 4th Street, that all bores had • been made. C. 12".Main along McCabe Road west: to Highway. 146, 16" North on Highway 146 to Fairmont - There was. problem requiring easements for utilities; property owners did not want to give easements; there was some consideration to starting on the west side of Highway 146 and then crossing back to the ease side. Commissioner Cline asked about the status of the pot hole at the curb at the Post Office. There was some discussion as to whether or not the pot hole was in front of the curb or behind the curb. The Administrator stated that the Public Works Director had • put some limestone in the hole and sent the property owner a bill.
