Mayor Meza informed the audience that Commissioner Cline was on vacation and Commissioner Kibodeaux was in the hospital, thus explaining their absence. + + + 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING OF OCTOBER 3, 1979, AND SPECIAL MEETING OF OCTOBER 10, 1979 - Motion by Commissioner Simons, seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of October 3, 1979, and the special meeting of October 10, 1979, as presented. Motion carried by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin and Simons, and Mayor Meza. NAYS: None. • + + + RECESS - Mayor Meza recessed the meeting at 7:02 P.M.
