Bay Plumbing, on Polk; and Fred Westergren's building on the corner of 9th Street and West Madison. Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner Cline to approve the Utility Extension Agreements with Bay Plumbing and Fred Westergren, and authorize the Public Works Director to schedule the work to be done in house. Copies of the Utility Extension Agreements are attached and made a part of these minutes. Motion carried by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. NAYS: None. + + + 11. COUNCIL ACTION - A. Commissioner Cline stated that she had • attended the T.M.L. Convention in Houston and felt that the session had been very good; however, most of her time had been taken up by the Clear Lake City Coalition Group. The only session she was able to attend was because she was moderating. B. Mayor Meza complemented Commissioner Cline on her moderation and the excellent job she had done. C. Commissioner Simons felt that a good time had been had by all. D. The Administrator informed the Commission that he and Dave Corbin were going to Austin on Thursday to meet with the Texas Department of Water Resources regarding the E.P.A. Grant; with the B.O.R. and Texas Aeronautics Commission. + + + 12. EXECUTIVE SESSION - V.A.T.S. - ARTICLE 6252-17 - SECTION 2 - TON AND PERSONNEL) - Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin that the meeting recess for an executive session. Motion carried by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. NAYS: None. The meeting recessed at 7:31 P.M. The meeting reconvened at 8:15 P.M.
