CONSIDER ACCEPTING OFFER OF PURCHASE FOR BLOCK 31, LOT 11,
LA PORTE ADDITION - MICHAEL HICKS - IN THE AMOUNT OF $740.00 -
The Administrator stated that there had been a clarification
memo prepared regarding the bid on tax property, Lot 11, Block
31, La Porte Addition; stating that when the suit was filed
on two parcels. La Porte Independent School District was
served and intervened in the suit. However, the School did
not enter an amount due for taxes on Block 31, Lot 11.
