CITY OF LA PORTE <br />INTER-OF~IC~ MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />T Q: Jim Hudgens, City Administrator <br />DATE : January 16, 1980 <br />FROM: D• A• Paulissen, City Inspector <br />SUBJECT' Acceptance of Fairmont Park, West, Section 5 <br />• <br />On January 15, 1980, a joint walk through inspection was made of Fairmont Park, <br />West, Section 5. <br />City Officials making this inspection were- R.L. Caldwell, Louis Tabar, <br />Chacko Thomas, C.L. Hollaway and David Paulissen. Others making the inspection <br />were Bob Parks of Park and Smyer and Sandy Clark of McKey Construction Co. <br />This was the second inspection of section 5, A11 problems found at the first <br />inspection had been remedied. It should be noted that this is one of the <br />cleanest and most wu1~ done sub-divisions that we have inspected. <br />We have received copies of all the Concrete tests and all passed, also all <br />the hydrostatic tests of the water system have passed. <br />PJe have the bacteriological test results and they too are all in order. <br />It is the recommendation of the City Personnel present that Fairmont Park, <br />West, Section 5, be accepted by the City of La Porte. <br />Sincerely, <br />D.
