S. Departments of Transportation. The line will also comply with ~he <br />requirements of City of LaPorte Ordinance No. 915, dated March 6, 1972, relating to <br />Pipeline Transportation. It will be buried at a min~.rrnmt depth of four feet (4') from <br />natural ground level within the corporate limits of the City of LaPorte except where it <br />crosses under existing or proposed city streets at which point it will be buried at a <br />minimum depth of six feet (6') as indicated on the typical plan-profile enclosed.
