A MOTION WAS-MADE BY COMMISSIONER CLINE AND SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER TOMERLIN TO ACCEPT RESOLU- TION N0.80-8. The motion carried 4-ayes and 0-nays. AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. NAYS: None 7. Motion was made by Commissioner Cline to accept the bid sub- mitted by Lynwood Anderson of $1,867.42 for Lot 21, Block 59, City of La Porte. City of La Porte-------.---560.48 County of Harris--------1,306,94 Total 1,867.42 The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kibodeaux. The motion carried 4-ayes and 0-nays. • AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline and Simons. NAYS: None 8. Motion was made by Commissioner Simons to approve the utility extention agreement for: Jack Bouslog Block 726 Lots 26-30 Gus Brieden Block 726 Lots 11-14 Police Assoc. Block 726 Lots 1-6 The motion was seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin. The motion carried 4-ayes and 0-nays. AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux., Cline and Simons. NAYS: None 9. Mr. Ray Kaylor and Mike Goodwin were not present to address the City Commission concerning restrictions set forth in Ordinance No. ?80EE, Section 4(c) for Block 1160. They had earlier agreed to proceed to Planning & Zoning for a re-zoning of the property. 10. Administrative Reports: (a) City Administrator advised the Commission of the plans set in motion in preperation for the approaching Hurrican • Allen. (b) City Administrator advised Commission the Customer Service Department is set up to start cycle billing for water and sewer.
