A MOTION WAS-MADE BY COMMISSIONER <br />CLINE AND SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER TOMERLIN TO ACCEPT RESOLU- <br />TION N0.80-8. The motion carried 4-ayes and 0-nays. <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None <br />7. Motion was made by Commissioner Cline to accept the bid sub- <br />mitted by Lynwood Anderson of $1,867.42 for Lot 21, Block 59, <br />City of La Porte. <br />City of La Porte-------.---560.48 <br />County of Harris--------1,306,94 <br />Total 1,867.42 <br />The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kibodeaux. Motion was made by Commissioner Simons to approve the utility <br />extention agreement for: <br />Jack Bouslog Block 726 Lots 26-30 <br />Gus Brieden Block 726 Lots 11-14 <br />Police Assoc. Block 726 Lots 1-6 <br />The motion was seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin. The motion <br />carried 4-ayes and 0-nays. <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux., Cline and Simons. <br />NAYS: None <br />9. Mr. Ray Kaylor and Mike Goodwin were not present to address the <br />City Commission concerning restrictions set forth in Ordinance <br />No. ?80EE, Section 4(c) for Block 1160. They had earlier agreed <br />to proceed to Planning & Zoning for a re-zoning of the property. <br />10. Administrative Reports: <br />(a) City Administrator advised the Commission of the plans <br />set in motion in preperation for the approaching Hurrican <br />• Allen. <br />(b) City Administrator advised Commission the Customer Service <br />Department is set up to start cycle billing for water and <br />sewer. <br />
