The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br /> <br />• <br />accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, and the zoning classifications of the herein- <br />after described parcels of land, situated within the corporate <br />limits of the City of La Porte, are hereby changed in accordance <br />therewith, and the zoning classifications of said parcels of <br />land shall hereafter be as follows, to-wit: <br />(a) Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32), both <br />inclusive, Block Eleven Hundred Twenty-one <br />(1121), Town of La Porte, Harris County, <br />Texas, shall hereafter be "District C-- <br />Apartment and Commercial District," provided, <br />however, that no commercial use of said <br />property shall be allowed. <br />(b) Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32), both <br />inclusive, Block Eleven Hundred Sixty (1160), <br />Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, shall <br />hereafter be "District C--Apartment and Com- <br />mercial District," provided, however, that <br />no commercial use of said property shall be <br />allowed. <br />(c) In addition, the re-zoning of said Lots <br />Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32), both <br />inclusive, Block Eleven Hundred Sixty (1160), <br />Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, shall <br />be subject to the following special conditions, <br />to-wit: <br />(1) Townhouses or apartments only may be <br />constructed on said property. <br />• <br />to the extent of conflict only. <br />Section 5. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed, <br />Section 6.
