The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br />accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification of the herein- <br />aster described parcel of land, situated within the corporai:e <br />limits of the City of La Portey~ is hereby changed in accordance <br />therewith, and the zoning classification of said parcel of land <br />shall hereafter be "Industrial," and grants a special use permit <br />to allow shipping container storage and repair facilities, and <br />• freight terminals. The description of said parcel of land re-zoned <br />is as follows, to-wit: <br />Tracts Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and <br />Nine (9), out of the Enoch Brinson League, <br />Harris County, Texas. <br />Section 5. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed, <br />to the extent of conflict only. <br />Section 6. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after <br />its passage and approval. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of January, 1981. <br />CITY OF LA PORTS <br />• <br />By <br />J. J.
