<br />I /1 <br />J <br />MEMORANDUM <br />December 2, 1980 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />• FROM: Planning and Zoning <br />SUBJECT: Request for Re-zoning Parts of Outlots 339, 340, <br />320, and 321 from Residential to Commercial, ~~, <br />Donald F. Ford <br />Mr. Donald Ford met with Planning and Zoning on December 1, <br />1980, to request that his property be re-zoned from Residential <br />to Commercial. The subject property is located on 26th Street <br />near North "P". Mr. Ford stated that the property had a com- <br />mercial classification prior to the consolidation o:~ La Porte <br />and Lomax. <br />Mr. Ford's purpose in requesting such classification is to <br />allow construction of a gas compression facility on the property. <br />Planning and Zoning requests a public hearing to consider <br />such rezoning.
