The City Council of the City of La Porte <br />hereby accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification <br />of the hereinafter described parcel of land, situated within <br />the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby changed <br />in accordance therewith, and the zoning classification of said <br />parcel of land shall hereafter be "District C--Apartment and <br />Commercial District," and grants a special use permit limiting <br />the use of said property to a Planned Unit Development of 81 <br />• townhomes according to the conceptual plat of Shady Harbor <br />Townhomes on file with the City of La Porte. The descrip- <br />tion of said parcel of land re-zoned is as follows, to-wit: <br />12.7 acres of land between Old Highway <br />146 and Galveston Bay, Harris County, <br />Texas. <br />Section 5.
