SMITH <br />Mr. Charles D. Boyle, representing Fay T. Smith, met with <br />Planning and Zoning on Feb. 2, 1981. Subject property lies <br />adjacent to that parcel recently re-zoned to allow construction <br />of apartments, requested by Carrington Weems. <br />Planning and Zoning considers the property suitable for <br />commercial use, but wishes. to limit such commercial use to a <br />greater extent than our present ordinance allows.
