<br />SUBJECT: Rezoning of Lots 1, 2, 37, and 38, Block 3,
<br />Pinegrove Valley: N. Kelly Jones
<br />
<br />Planning and Zoning met on March 2, 1981, to consider
<br />Mr. Jones' request for rezoning subject property from R-l to
<br />Commercial. The property'is located on Sens Road in the former
<br />City of Lomax. It held a commercial classification prior to
<br />consolidation. Mr. Jones wishes to construct a building to be
<br />used for office and retail purposes.
<br />
<br />Planning and Zoning requests a public hearing to consider
<br />rezoning, and recommends that the request for rezoning be
<br />granted.
