The Park Avenue homes. <br /> <br />Cline: Yes, that's all rental property in there. <br /> <br />Al Pena: The only rental property in the vicinity of the pro- <br />ject is Mr. Gilbert's. The only rental property is the 65 <br />Park Avenue homes, they are across the street from the Catholic <br />Church. They are also single family homes. <br /> <br />Gilbert: That property has been there for years and years. <br /> <br />Cline: Probably about as long as Happy Harbor has been there. <br /> <br />Gilbert: 18 years. <br /> <br />Cline: Happy Harbor was there long before you started building <br />your houses. <br /> <br />Gilbert: Yes, and since that time I don't know how many homes <br />have been built around in that area, but they were built fully <br />aware of what was there and with the understanding that it was <br />zoned residential and would not be changed. <br /> <br />Mayor: Thank you, Mr. Gilbert. Is there anyone else wishing <br />to speak against the rezoning of this property? <br /> <br />Al Pena, 920 S. Utah: The reason I am here this evening is to <br />speak against the project we have before us for a vote this <br />evening. <br /> <br />Mayor: AI, where in relation to the project is your property, <br />so the Council will know. Not everybody knows. <br /> <br />Pena: I live on Utah Street; directly across from me on <br />the north we have single family homes. The south of me, I <br />don't know if the commission is aware, Happy Harbor has bought <br />all the vacant property behind these homes, plus their property <br />which they want rezoned now, which is bounded by Bellair and <br />
