McKinstry Survey, Abstract 47 and the Southeast corner of the Richard Pearsal Survey, Abstract 625, being the Southeast corner of that tract described in Harris County Clerk's File No. E907329, and being also South 86 deg. 59 min. 35 sec. West, 4.36 feet from concrete monument No. 213; THENCE North 2 deg. 56 min. 39 sec. West, along the West line of the Hunter Survey, and the East line of that tract in File No. E907329, 1144.75 feet to • a 5/8 inch iron rod set in the South line of West "M" Street at-the Northwest corner of Block 1176; THENCE North 86 deg. 59 min. 35 sec. East, along the South line of West "M" Street, at 592.00 feet passing a 1 inch iron pipe found marking the Northeast corner of Block 1175 in the West line of Powell Road (60 feet wide, 16th Street) and continuing in all 652.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the Northwest corner of Block 1174 in the West line of said Powell Road and the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract; THENCE North 86 deg. 59 min. 35 sec. East, along the South line of West "M" Street, 765.50 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for corner, being South 86 deg. 59 min. 35 sec. West, 823.27 feet from a 1 inch iron pipe found at the intersection of the South line of West "M" Street and the West line of State Highway 146; THENCE South 02 deg. 56 min. 39, sec.
