This is the ordinance on mobile home subdivisions. 7. Council considered casting their ballot for Director of the Harris County Appraisal District for a term beginning January 1, 1982. A motion was made to cast La Porte's ballot in favor of Fred Hartman, by Councilperson Simons. Seconded by Councilperson Kibodeaux. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. Mayor Meza stated item 9, appointing Directors to the La Porte Area Water Authority is to be tabled.. 10. Council considered Change Order No. 6 on the Lomax paving and drainage project. The change order is for an additional 10 tons of lime to produce a more workable subgrade on Houston Avenue, resulting in a net increase on the project of $735.00, bringing the total contract price to $1,277,585..00.
