• <br />• <br />Ordinance No. 780-UUU, Page 2. <br />Section 4. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br />accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification of the herein- <br />after described parcel of land, situated within the corporate <br />limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby changed in accordance <br />therewith, and the zoning classification of said parcel of land <br />shall hereafter be "Industrial," and with a special use permit, <br />• with use strictly limited to allow a container storage and repair <br />yard. The description of said parcel of land re-zoned is as <br />follows, to-wit: <br />TRACT A <br />That certain 7.7 acre tract of land on <br />State Highway 146, as described by metes <br />and bounds on the plat attached hereto <br />as Exhibit "D", incorporated by reference <br />herein, and made a part hereof for all <br />purposes; <br />TRACT B <br />That certain x.1869 acre tract of land <br />on State Highway 146, as described by <br />metes and bounds on the plat attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "E", incorporated by <br />reference herein, and made a part hereof <br />for all purposes. <br />Section 5. It shall be a condition of this Special Use <br />. Permit that, at all times while the above-described property is <br />used as a container storage and repair yard, that the West five <br />feet (5') of said property be densely planted and continuously <br />maintained as a "green belt" visual screen, using pine trees and <br />shrubbery. Failure to keep and maintain such "green belt" shall <br />cause this Special Use Permit to be subject to revocation by <br />City Council. <br />. Section 6. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed, <br />to the extent of conflict only. <br />
