• • Ordinance No. 780-UUU, Page 2. Section 4. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification of the herein- after described parcel of land, situated within the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby changed in accordance therewith, and the zoning classification of said parcel of land shall hereafter be "Industrial," and with a special use permit, • with use strictly limited to allow a container storage and repair yard. The description of said parcel of land re-zoned is as follows, to-wit: TRACT A That certain 7.7 acre tract of land on State Highway 146, as described by metes and bounds on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit "D", incorporated by reference herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes; TRACT B That certain x.1869 acre tract of land on State Highway 146, as described by metes and bounds on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit "E", incorporated by reference herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes. Section 5. It shall be a condition of this Special Use . Permit that, at all times while the above-described property is used as a container storage and repair yard, that the West five feet (5') of said property be densely planted and continuously maintained as a "green belt" visual screen, using pine trees and shrubbery. Failure to keep and maintain such "green belt" shall cause this Special Use Permit to be subject to revocation by City Council. . Section 6. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed, to the extent of conflict only.
