J. Blackwell, <br />Lindsay Pfeiffer and Red Westen <br />Members of Planning and Zoning Absent: None <br />• Members of the City Staff Present: City Attorney Knox Askins, <br />City Secretary Betty T. Waters, Police Chief H. F. There were 18 interested citizens <br />present in the Council Chambers. <br />2. Invocation was given by City Attorney Knox Askins <br />Mayor Meza called for anyone from the audience who wishes to <br />speak for the rezoning of a 10-acre tract of land bounded by <br />State Highway 225 and State Highway 146, Strang Road and S.
