Budgeted amounts were EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($B,000.GO) each. Eacr. department has funds to make up the ONE HUNDRED THIRTY <br />ONE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY ONE CETdTS ($131.81) difference in budgeted amo~_int and <br />bid amount. <br />• Bids were sent to four (x4) dealerships, but only Joe Camp Ford submitted a bid. <br />'The Public Works Department feels tYiis is a fair bid in that last year's trucks <br />were purchased for SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT DOLLARS ARID FIVE CENTS <br />($6,858.e5) each.
