Ordinance No. 780-XXX was read by City Attorney Askins: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 780, THE CITY OF LA PORTE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE, BY CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THAT CER- <br />TAIN PARCEL OF LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC- <br />TIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to approve the <br />Ordinance rezoning the east of Bloc 1 3 from Residential II <br />to Commercial. Second by Councilperson Faris.
