Council considered the recommendation of Director of Public Works to award the bid for a one-ton utility vehicle to be used as an equipment services vehicle to Joe Camp Ford in the amount of $13,656.32. Motion was made by Councilperson Pfeiffer to table action on this bid until such time as Mr. Hodge o tains certain informa- tion he had promised concerning cost of equipment for the truck, liability insurance, num er of f ats fixe last year and such. Council considered appropriating funds for Public Liability Insurance on all properties owned by City of La Porte. A motion was made by Councilperson Gay to enter a Public Liability Insurance with Ken Strum Insurance Agency for the City of La Porte for the remainder of the fiscal year and appropriating 2.00 from t e - 0 Capita Improvement Contingency and 18,88 .00 from t e Genera Fun Contingency Reserve. Second by Councilperson Westergren.
