We request a zoning change with a <br />special use permit for the establishment of a container depot. <br />The tract boundaries are State Highway 146 on the east, E.I. Du Pont <br />De Numours & Co. on the north, Strang Road on the west or Union Carbide <br />Corporation, and Westinghouse Electric Corporation on the south. <br />The only major highway that this tract touches is State Highway 146. <br />The proposed tract is heavily wooded, fronting on State Highway 146. <br />We are, at this time, considering using the part of the tract that <br />fronts on State Highway 146 for a commercial development, i.e.t a <br />motel.
