Council considered the sale of salvage of a wrecked garbage <br />truck to the City of Seabrook under the Interlocal Cooperation <br />Act. <br />A motion was made by Councilperson Westergren to approve the <br />sale of a salvage garbage truck to the City of Seabrook under <br />the Interlocal Cooperation Act for the amount of 5,000.00. <br />Second by Councilperson Longley. The motion carried, 9 ayes <br />and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Malone, Longley, Matuszak, Graves, <br />Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br />15. There were no Administrative Reports <br />16. Council Action: <br />Councilperson Malone asked that the staff review the dog <br />ordinance and check on the number of dogs constituting a <br />• kennel. <br />Councilperson Longley requested an executive session on <br />personnel. <br />Councilperson Matuszak announced a meeting of the Greenbelt <br />Ordinance Committee, Thursday, July 22 in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall. <br />Councilperson Skelton stated he would have a recommendation <br />on amending the Game Room Ordinance ready for the next workshop. <br />Mayor Cline thanked the Parks Department for the beautiful <br />4th of July fireworks display. A special thanks to Stan Sher- <br />wood, Mark Lewis, Bill Baggett and Duane Matula. <br />17. The Council retired into executive session as requested by <br />Councilperson Longley at 9:10 P.M. <br />The Council returned to the Council table at 9:52 P.M., at <br />which time the Mayor entertained a motion to adjourn. <br />Motion by Councilperson Malone to adjourn.
