<br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY CF LA PORTS,
<br />TEAS, FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 1982, THROUGH SEPTE~~ER 30, 1983, FINDTiVG
<br />THAT ALL THINGS REQUISITE AND NECESSARY HAVE BEEN DONE IN PREPARATION AND
<br />PRESEN'IriENT OF SAID BUDGET.
<br />t~'~~.5, the Charter of the City of La Porte, Teas; and the statutues
<br />of the State of Teas, require that an annual budget be prepared and presented
<br />to the City Council of the City of Ia Porte, Texas, prior to the beginning
<br />of the fiscal year of said City, and that a public hearing(s) be held prior
<br />to the adoption of said budget; and,
<br />~~~RF.A,S, the budget for the fiscal year Octo'oer 1, 1982, through
<br />Sept~-nber 30, 1983, has heretofore been presented to the City Council and
<br />due deliberation had thereon, and a public hearing(s) having been held as
<br />required by law and all cer~ar~nts and objections have been considered;
