II Time <br />52,778.75 40,102.75 30 days <br />58,603.50 51,963.50 90 days <br />69,870.00 58,516.24 20 days <br />After reviewing the recommendation of Stan Sherwood, Parks <br />Department, and John Joerns, Engineering Department, a motion <br />was made by Councilperson Matuszak to award the bid to Shirley <br />Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of 52,778.75 to be <br />paid as per P.O. # 17829, from Account No. 800-702 as appears <br />in the 1981-82 Budget. Second by Councilperson Graves. T e <br />motion carried, 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Malone, Longley, Matuszak, Graves, <br />Pfeiffer, Gay and Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br />• <br />11. Council reviewed inspection forms and other information for <br />fifteen (15) dangerous buildings. Each of the buildings is <br />found to be dangerous to the residents of the surrounding <br />neighborhood and a threat to the health, safety and well- <br />being of the citizens of La Porte by the Board of Inspection <br />(Mark Lewis, Certified Inspector; Joe Sease, Fire Chief; and <br />Paul Hickenbottom, Fire Marshal). Following review of the <br />inspection report a slide presentation was made by Inspector <br />Lewis showing the following locations: <br />
